1. Merchant
www.manhair.ro is operated by JIVA BOUTIQUE SRL, registered office: 25 Nuferilor Street, Năvodari, Constanța County, Romania; Trade Registry no. J2013000866134; VAT no. RO31501907; share capital RON 5,000; email office@jiva.ro; telephone +40 786 837 772.

2. Application
Using the website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms available at that time. Later changes do not affect concluded contracts. Customers must review product, price, payment, delivery, return, care and legal-guarantee information.
3. Definitions
Customer means a natural or legal person using the website. Consumer means a natural person acting outside their professional activity. Product includes hair systems, wigs, adhesives, tapes, solvents and care goods. Service includes consultation, fitting, cutting, adjustment, personalisation and maintenance.
4. Products
ManHair seeks to provide accurate information about material, base, size, density, shade, compatibility and use. Colours may vary by screen, lighting and batch. Final appearance depends on head shape, area covered, cutting, fitting, natural-hair density and care.
Estimated useful life or adhesive hold time is not a commercial durability guarantee and varies with skin, sebum, perspiration, activity, temperature, wearing frequency and maintenance.
5. Availability and custom orders
Products may be in stock, supplier stock, pre-order or temporarily unavailable. For made-to-order or adapted products, the estimated period and specifications are communicated for confirmation. If unavailable, the Customer may accept a different date, an alternative product or cancellation and refund.
6. Prices and ordering
Prices are in RON and include VAT where applicable. Total delivery and accepted additional costs are shown or communicated before confirmation. Price changes do not affect accepted orders; reductions follow previous-price rules.
The Customer is responsible for accurate billing and delivery information. An automatic message records the request but does not always constitute final acceptance. The Contract is concluded when ManHair confirms the order or dispatches it.
7. Payment
Available methods may include cash on delivery, online card, advance bank transfer, showroom POS, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Complete card data is processed by authorised providers and not stored by ManHair. International orders are prepaid.
8. Delivery
Romanian standard delivery costs RON 20 below RON 301 and is free from RON 301 within the standard courier area. EU standard delivery is RON 95 and prepaid. In-stock goods are generally delivered within 1–2 working days; supplier-stock and pre-orders follow the displayed or communicated period.
For Consumers, risk transfers on physical receipt by the Consumer or an appointed third party other than the carrier.
9. Statutory withdrawal – 14 days
A Consumer buying online may withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Notice is sent to office@jiva.ro or through the return form, and goods must be dispatched within 14 days after notice.
The Customer bears direct return costs except for non-conforming goods or where ManHair agrees otherwise. The Consumer may inspect only as necessary and is responsible for diminished value caused by additional handling. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove the statutory right.
10. Refunds
Amounts due are reimbursed within 14 days of withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until goods or dispatch evidence are received. The original payment method is used unless another no-cost method is agreed. An IBAN may be required for cash-on-delivery purchases. COD return parcels are refused.
11. Exceptions
The withdrawal right does not apply, where the legal conditions are met, to goods made to Customer specifications or clearly personalised and sealed goods unsuitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
Personalisation may include base cutting or adjustment, ventilation, colouring and integration cutting/styling. Sealed adhesives, tapes, solvents and cosmetics may fall within the hygiene exception if unsealed. Hair systems and wigs are not automatically excluded solely by product name.
12. Extended commercial return – 30 days
ManHair additionally accepts eligible returns up to day 30. Between days 15 and 30, goods must be unused, not worn beyond reasonable fitting, uncut, unadjusted, unwashed, undyed, unstyled and free of adhesive, cosmetics, odours, perspiration, heat or friction; labels, accessories and seals must be intact. Initial and return delivery costs are not reimbursed.
13. Legal guarantee
Goods benefit from the minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021, as amended. This is separate from a commercial guarantee.
Normal wear and damage caused by wearing, friction, heat, perspiration, cosmetics, adhesives, cutting, colouring, washing, fitting, removal, improper care or storage are not delivery-time non-conformities. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination under the law.
14. Services and care
Consultation, fitting and maintenance require appointments. Customers must disclose known sensitivities and follow testing, application and removal instructions. Individual scalp reactions, bonding duration and subjective aesthetic preferences are not automatically improper performance.
Products must be washed, dried, combed, stored and used according to their instructions. Adhesives and solvents must be used according to their labels and compatibility tested where recommended.
15. Business customers
The Consumer withdrawal right does not apply to legal entities or professional purchases. B2B returns require ManHair’s written agreement.
16. Intellectual property, data and liability
Website text, photographs, graphics, marks and materials belong to Jiva Boutique SRL or partners and are protected. Personal data and cookies are governed by the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
ManHair is liable within the law and does not exclude mandatory Consumer rights. It is not liable for use contrary to instructions, third-party modifications or personal incompatibilities that are not non-conformities. Force majeure is handled under applicable law.
17. Complaints and law
Complaints: office@jiva.ro, +40 786 837 772. We seek amicable resolution. Consumers may contact ANPC at www.anpc.ro. Romanian law applies without limiting mandatory Consumer rights; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts.
