2. Data we process

Depending on your use of ManHair, we may process your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, invoicing information, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, appointments, communications, customer account, marketing preferences and technical data such as IP address, device, browser and cookie identifiers.

We do not store complete card details. These are processed directly by authorised payment providers.

If you voluntarily send scalp photographs or information that may indicate a health condition for a requested consultation, we use it only for that purpose, minimise the data and, where required, rely on explicit consent. Do not send medical documents unless reasonably requested.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • orders, invoicing, payment, delivery, returns and services – performance of the contract;
  • appointments, consultation and support – pre-contractual steps, contract and legitimate interests;
  • accounting, tax and consumer protection – legal obligations;
  • security and fraud prevention – legitimate interests and legal obligations;
  • newsletters and direct marketing – consent, which can be withdrawn at any time;
  • optional analytics and advertising cookies – consent.

4. Recipients

Where necessary, data may be shared with Shopify and technical providers, payment processors, couriers, hosting and security providers, email, analytics and marketing services, accountants, consultants and public authorities.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Recognised safeguards are used, including adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures.

6. Retention

Data is retained only as necessary: accounting records for statutory periods, complaints for applicable limitation periods, accounts while active, marketing until consent is withdrawn, and cookies for the periods stated in the relevant policy.

7. Your rights

8. Security, children and automation

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. The website is not intended for contracts by minors without a legal representative. ManHair does not make decisions with legal effects based exclusively on automated processing; providers may use automation for security and fraud prevention.

Cookie choices can be managed through the banner. This policy may be updated when services, providers or law change; the published dated version applies.
