Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Romania

  • RON 20 for orders below RON 301;
  • free standard delivery for orders of at least RON 301.

Rates apply within the courier’s standard area. Additional kilometres or special services are communicated before dispatch.

2. European Union

Standard delivery is RON 95. Products and delivery must be paid in advance. If destination, weight or dimensions require a different price, the Customer is informed before confirmation.

For destinations outside the EU, contact ManHair before ordering to confirm availability, cost and customs requirements.

3. Delivery times

In-stock products are generally delivered within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Weekend and public-holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

Supplier-stock, pre-order, made-to-order or adapted products follow the period shown on the product page or individually communicated. Delays outside ManHair’s reasonable control may occur.

4. Details and tracking

The Customer is responsible for an accurate address and contact details. Incomplete information may cause delay or extra cost. Tracking is supplied after dispatch where available.

5. Receiving parcels

Inspect the parcel externally. If it appears opened, crushed or wet, notify the courier, photograph it before opening and contact ManHair promptly.

6. Unsuccessful delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, inability to contact the Customer or unjustified refusal, the parcel may return to ManHair and reasonable reshipping costs may be charged before a new dispatch.

7. Transfer of risk

For Consumers, risk transfers when the Consumer or an appointed third party other than the carrier physically receives the product.

8. Returns
